Staff Nurse Ormskirk District General Hospital Dermatology Outpatients Permanent Contract Full time: 37.5 hours per week Band 5 24,907-30,615 Per annum/pro rata An exciting opportunity has arisen on the Dermatology Department at Ormskirk Hospital for a staff nurse to join our dynamic team. This outpatient department operates Monday to Friday serving the population for North Sefton and West Lancashire. We have 4 clinic rooms, 2 minor operation theatres and a light therapy suite. This is a consultant led service which also runs nurse led clinics for skin cancer, photo-therapy, roacutane, allergy testing, minor ops among others. You will be fully trained in providing support to the doctors and specialist nurses and have the opportunity to develop within the role. The service has a strong multi-disciplinary focus with regular training and teaching opportunities together with departmental and management meetings.
