Here at wilko our HR team are looking for a HR People Partner - Project to join them based at our Distribution Centre in Magor for a 12-month FTC. The Role As our HR People Partner - Project, you'll work collaboratively with the Logistics project team and HR team to deliver the project agenda by engaging with all relevant stakeholders throughout the process. This role is a key and active member of the Logistics project team, coaching and supporting the Logistics project and leadership teams whilst ensuring legal compliance is maintained. Here are just some of the things you'll be involved in * Support the development and delivery of the project plan. * Provide expert advice and guidance to throughout the project. * Work collaboratively with the Logistics project team, People Services, Resourcing, Talent, HR and ER Partners in the delivery of the project plan. * Support the Logistics project team in analysing, opportunities, challenges and providing guidance on future direction for the project plan. * Research, develop and prepare the documentation for the project by ensuring the data is accurate and legal. * Supporting the HR team in any other initiatives as required. What we need from you We need someone who has a minimum of 5 years multi-site/logistic or service sector experience, with a good understanding on the HR landscape, policies and practices so to provide expert advice and guidance. Ideally CIPD qualified with an assertive and confident manner enabling you to build a high level of personal and professional credibility within wilko. We need this along with: * Proven project management experience and knowledge. * Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders engaging, influencing and negotiating at a senior level. * Knowledge and understanding of employment law, HR policy and equality & diversity. * Ability to analyse and evaluate data to present information to propose business solutions and influence decisioning making * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience and ability to lead through change and cultural development.
