Job Description
Job Spec Worley is currently recruiting an Training Administrator to join our team for a duration of 4 months. This role will support our global ERP deployment bringing legacy organisations into one common platform. This provides a great opportunity to work on a global project and further develop skills and experience. There will be no requirement to travel and home working is expected. Flexibility is required with working hours due to global nature of the project. Role to support training deployment planning and scheduling and will be focused on deployment planning for; * Phase 1 - Training Deployment Planning and scheduling for End User training * Phase 2 - Training Deployment Planning and scheduling for UAT training * Phase 2 - Training Deployment Planning and scheduling for End User training Person Spec Role Requirements Qualifications and Training * IT Literate (Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc) * Good educational background (Standard Grades or equivalent) Experience * Demonstrable experience in a similar role * Regular use of major software packages i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Experienced in team working * Able to interface and interact with Management and Client representatives at all levels * Maintain confidentiality at all times Not ready to apply?
