You will be responsible for driving our Implement and Agency program in our Partners & Ecosystem organisation. Performing a challenging and diverse role, The Program Manager will be responsible for overall management of the program, articulation of the benefits to Partners and drive the right Partner behaviour to realise incremental revenue. You will be responsible for collaborating with all areas of a business, assist implementing any operational changes necessary to achieve objectives and delivering measurable improvements. The Implement/Agency Program Manager role must be able to facilitate / bridge cross-functional needs and maintain strong communications across all key stakeholders. Objectives: * Ensure smooth operation of the Finastra FusionOrbit Implement/Agency Partner Program. * Drive better processes for this community and ensure they are focused on obtaining incremental revenue. * Educate this community on Finastra broader product portfolio and how to recognise cross-sell opportunities. * Administer the program and partner development credits. Responsibilities & Deliverables: You will be building out the Implement and Agency program, which includes: * Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues around Partners & Ecosystem. * Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these. * Enable the community on what it is to be part of the Implement/Agency program. * Establish KPIs to evaluate the success and present any findings. * Liaise with the various departments (Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing and etc) to ensure smooth running of the program. * Where necessary work with our business systems organisation to define reporting and processes necessary for management of the program. * Travel requirements will be a minimum of 20% Required Skills and Experience: * Working successfully with cross-functional team * Experience in a global or regional system integrator * Ability to articulate complex business processes * Strong Leadership and high-level ability to collaborate * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Results driven personality able to maintain strategic business focus * Ability to effectively define, plan, schedule and control projects. * Ability to prioritize in a complex, multi-tasking environment * Collaborates effectively with others to achieve goals and to drive results * Demonstrates accountability and commitment by making sound decisions * Ability to guide, lead and influence leadership team and key stakeholders * Experience of working in a multi-country / multi-cultural environment. * High levels of energy, resilience and emotional intelligence * Hardworking and passionate: it's not just what you do but how you do it Qualifications: * Previous experience in a global/regi
