As the Lead Solution Architect in the Partners & Ecosystem team, you will lead our Co-Innovation and our MSP offerings. You will have a team managing all the initiatives and you will ensure that they are moving in the right direction. The role of the Lead Solution Architect is to ensure that all Co-Innovation initiatives are properly scoped and are viable. In addition, as the Lead Solution architect for our Managed Service offering you will validate the blueprinting of our solutions for use by our Partners as they offer them to their customers. Objectives: * Ensure technical / product viability of the approved Co-Innovation programs approved by the joint leadership teams of Finastra and our Partners. * Working with the MSP Leader, ensure the viability of the MSP offerings. * Articulate and communicate the value proposition across both the Finastra and Partner ecosystems. * Recruit further resources to scale Co-Innovation and MSP Responsibilities & Deliverables: You will be building out the Co-Innovation program initiatives, which includes: * Liaise with business analysts and business leads to ensure the solution design meets requirements * Liaising with Partner Technical Teams to understand how the solution fits into wider Partner Technical Landscape * Providing hardware sizing and deployment topology recommendations based on Partner requirements * Writing and development of technical design specifications and solution documents. * Assist in defining structured practices especially in development and build * Embed best practices and new methodologies * Technical point of contact for Partner architects * Escalation point for technical questions * Oversight of technical approach * Responsibility for overall technical delivery on each project Required Skills and Experience: * A self-starter with an ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Excellent understanding of system integration, web services, etc. * Excellent written and oral communications skills * Strong analytical and consultancy skills * Experience of all aspects of software project life cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development and implementation * Experience in Managed Services environments * Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team * Managing and developing a successful cross-functional team * Strong financial knowledge for business modelling * Ability to articulate complex business processes * Strong Leadership and high-level ability to collaborate * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Results driven personality able to maintain strategic business focus. * Ability to effectively define, plan, schedule and control projects.
