Registered Nursing Associate Richmond Letcombe Regis Oxfordshire Working hours and salary 21,892pa based on 36hrs per week 08:00 - 20:00 / 20:00 - 08:00 Full time What your typical day involves * Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a high standard of care for a designated group of residents, using up to date knowledge to make person-centred and evidence-based judgements * You'll take responsibility for the well-being of these residents, delivering collaborative care with residents, their families, carers and the wider team * Carrying out assessments, you'll develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans * Planning and organising your own workload and that of others, delegating appropriately and monitoring the effectiveness of any care delivered, recognising your limits * Throughout the day, you'll monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation using approved assessment documentation * You'll work collaboratively with key partner organisations, residents and their families, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering services * Always promoting our resident's independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement - you'll ensure a safe and person-centred service Who we're looking for * A Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register and ideally holds a Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification * Understands the scope of a Registered Nursing Associate role, acting in line with the NMC Codes of Conduct and knowing when to seek advice and escalate as appropriate * With relevant experience, you'll understand the principles of safeguarding and have a range of clinical skills and practices relevant to a care home setting *
