Can you talk passionately about funding, vehicles, and service plans? Local Fleet Specialists engage, educate, and enthuse prospective business customers about Nissan's business products and services. We are looking for a Sales Consultant with a proven automotive sales record. As an approved Nissan dealer, we are working with local business regardless of the size of fleet, or how challenging the business' requirements are, we aim to find a solution. We understand that each business customer is different, and that our Local Fleet Specialists need to maintain a high level of knowledge regarding products, After Sales, and funding options to tailor solutions to meet individual customer requirements. We wish to recruit a Local Fleet Specialist to educate and enthuse prospective business customers about Nissan's latest local business initiatives and products. Responsible for the local business sales process the specialist will provide ongoing assistance to business customers throughout the customer journey. Key Duties: * To be the first point of contact for all Nissan business prospects and customers and build relationships providing the highest levels of customer service. * To qualify all business customers and ensure customer requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout the sales process. * Advise clients on business After Sales services, funding, insurance and other add on products upselling where appropriate. * Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge for fleet products, After Sales services and funding, sharing expertise with colleagues and customers. * Conduct fleet product presentations, workshops and test drives for prospects, demonstrating how Nissan can support business customers. * To build, manage and maintain a list of prospects by maximising all sales leads and tools such as the existing customer database, advert responses, showroom walk-ins, local business events and social media etc. * Conduct telephone sales activity to generate new business prospects and engage customers in the sales cycle. * Conduct new vehicle handovers for business users, briefing customers on technologies associated with the new vehicle. * Gather market intelligence on competitor activity such as After Sales and funding solutions. * Work with the Nissan Dealer Fleet Manager Team Person Requirements * You will need to be an experienced, target-driven, vehicle Sales Consultant with a proven sales record, ideally with knowledge of LCV and fleet sales. * Possess excellent customer handling skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely. * Strong numeracy skills to build and propose suitable funding options mindful of customer requirements. * You will be competent in negotiating and closing sales whilst maintaining a positive customer experience. * Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing business customers and potential prospects. * Possess a competitive spirit and look for opportunities to strengthen the brand in the business community and to generate sales leads. * Understand the principles of sales lead management and be confident to research and build your own business prospects. * Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards. * Have a passion for the industry and able to successfully enthuse/motivate others (customers and colleagues). * Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback. * Honest with high levels of integrity How To Apply : Please specify the details
