Job Description
Hospital Manager - Complex Care - Nurse Qualified Linq Healthcare are working alongside a leading private hospital group to recruit a Hospital Manager for an established complex care service with an excellent reputation. The service-users within this service have complex neurological care needs. There are currently 40 beds but with plans to double in size over the next few years. In this position as Hospital Manager your responsibilities will include: * Leadership and management of the service and the MDT * Responsibility for the delivery of care and operations * Developing commercial opportunities * Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met * Developing a strategy for the service, including their growth plans * Being the Registered Manager with CQC To be considered for this position of Hospital Manager you will have: * An excellent track record in a management role within healthcare * A clinical background as a Registered Nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD * A passion for improving clinical quality and individual care * A focus on performance and delivery in terms of running a successful service, business development, budget control * A coaching and supportive management style, with strong leadership * The ability to provide direction and implement change To be considered for this position or for more information call Jo Reid on 07402817248 or send your CV to or by following the link below.
