Job Description
You will be working with Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Trust, a major acute trust serving the people of Wigan and Leigh. Innovative and forward thinking, the trust is dedicated to providing the best possible healthcare for the local population in the Wigan Borough and surrounding areas. Your new role The "Assistant Data officer" will assist with the production, validation and submission of the Trusts routine data submissions. These may include National Datasets (such as SUS), Statutory Returns (such as 18 Weeks, Sitreps) and Local Submissions (such as ward accreditation analytics). You will also assist members of the team in the production and validation of Adhoc or High-Profile Analytics, assisting in the validation of new or amended Dashboards. What you'll need to succeed You will be educated within Maths, Statistics or IT to A-Level or Degree level status and have some working experience within a data analytics field. You will be highly numerate and have great eye for detail and show an interest in developing your career within an analytics team. The salary on offer is between £18,000 and £20,000.
