Job Description
The East District Nursing Team is looking to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (District Nursing) to the team. This is a new and exciting opportunity for a practitioner who values District Nursing and who is wanting to utilise their skills and expertise in the home setting. The post holder will support the 3 neighbourhood teams and the District Nurse Team Manager.
