Physiotherapist - Reablement Team BAND 5 St Martins Hospital, Bath Are you a caring and dedicated Physiotherapist based in the Bath area? Feel Proud You will have a physiotherapy degree qualification, or equivalent, and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. As a Physiotherapist you will deliver rehabilitation to adults in their own homes, to maximise and maintain independence. You will be based in St Martins Hospital in the picturesque city of Bath. Working within the Bath Reablement Team, you will diagnose, assess and treat the patient, develop and review treatment programmes that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques, and review and rehabilitate patients. Service users are encouraged to take an active part in the development of their plans and are supported to make informed choices regarding their care.
