Job Description
(Fixed term contract - 12 months) The EU Consumables Customer Engagement team is looking for a talented and customer obsessed Product Manager with a strong attitude for innovation to develop and deliver customer experience features and experiences. This role has a high degree of autonomy to innovate on behalf of our customers, drive improvements for the Consumables shopping experience and will collaborate closely with numerous cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical) to define and deliver results. The ideal candidate is experienced in product management, highly analytical and detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to define and implement a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Partner cross functionally and manage different stakeholders (business, engineering, finance teams) to drive innovative features that are demonstrably impactful to European Consumables customers. Monitor roadmaps of several tech teams to identify features and support internationalisation launches. Assessing entitlement and impact on new features and being able to invent and simplify to deliver results not compromising with long term thinking. Passionately advocate for the customer, integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision making. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships - work prioritization, planning and delivery. Strong bias for action with an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
