We're looking for a Cash Administrator Team Leader like you, with a strong leadership style and the ability to communicate with team members and clients alike. What you'll do: Cash Administrator Team Leader Our cash administration team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent leadership qualities to achieve high engagement and performance. You'll do this by managing performance and supporting your team members to achieve their targets. You will organise daily distribution of the team's workload and be the point of contact for escalations, ensuring the team meet key SLAs. You'll also have strong attention to detail to assist in busy periods, prioritise tasks and be self-motivated to achieve excellent customer service.
