Deputy CNO and Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance Basildon, Southend and Mid Essex hospitals are working in partnership with plans to become a new single NHS Organisation (The Mid and South Essex Hospitals group -MSE) in early 2020-2021. It is with this ambitious programme in mind that we are now recruiting for a Director of Governance Risk and Compliance for MSE. Reporting to the MSE Chief Nurse Officer the post holder will demonstrate their innovative, enthusiastic and creative leadership capabilities to lead, develop and deliver effective corporate and clinical governance and board assurance arrangements. This opportunity is at the leading edge of shaping the clinical governance, the patient safety and quality agenda across three major hospitals.
