Our CTO division aims to support and help build the Aldermore business, providing excellence in IT Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, Information Security, Operations and Development. As an Integration Developer you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining the ESB infrastructure, artifacts and objects, documentation, unit testing and providing guidance to other team members and business users. Initially BizTalk development and support, later moving on to Mulesoft as the Enterprise Service Bus transitions. Based in our dynamic Reading office, you will sit amongst a team of up to 10 Developers and report to the Digital Platform Manager. What would your day look like? * The daily activities for this position include the design, development, documentation and debugging of ESB services. * Develop responsive web applications in line with changing business needs. * Create quality, manageable, high performing code. * Participate in cross functional workshops, working with the business, design and product to identify proportional technology solutions to address the business needs. * Communicate complex technical issues in a simple way. * Always look for the simplest solution to a business / customer problem. What do we expect of you? * Previous Development experience utilising BizTalk, Mulesoft and Java. * Experience within an regulated organisation, ideally Financial Services or Banking. *
