Principal Sales Manager, Digital Advertising Amazon Advertising London At Amazon Advertising , we create and deliver advertising solutions across Amazon's rapidly developing range of products and services. Our ideas are executed across desktop, mobile, Kindle Fire devices and our programmatic network - always with the aim of informing and enriching our customer's experience. AMG also has unique access to Amazon's audience data and insight to shape our solutions and understand their effect on our advertiser's business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary Principal of Sales to drive the transformation of AMG's relationship with major advertisers and media agencies. Displaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators; comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers and building trust with stakeholders across other Amazon teams. In addition candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets, show strong attention to detail, and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers. Candidates will be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to AMG's success. Responsibilities Expected to own a select number of key, strategic accounts that generate a significant amount of revenue To build credibility with, earn the trust of, and influence C-level client contacts and internal stakeholders Is expected to be effective and own the room when communicating and presenting to senior management and SVP level Grow relationships at all levels within agencies and increase understanding of how Amazon can create deeper partnerships with both agencies and advertisers Focus on deeply consultative and holistic selling with your clients/agencies Handle complex cross functional/brand co-ordination within your client structures Develop and deliver a go big strategy plan for revenue growth on your client/'s Build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets will be met and exceeded Identify, quantify, develop, and drive significant product and feature enhancements, as well as identify opportunities that will deliver step changes in product performance, customer use and engagement, and competitive differentiation Present and sell Amazon Display Advertising products including brand placements, targeting and direct response advertising Collaborate with Account Managers to provide the highest level of customer service is provided to all clients Brings industry perspective and strong business judgment to influence executive leadership and determine/drive objectives Proactively identifies process improvements, determines root causes/road-blocks, and designs solutions to significantly improve the customer's business process Drive business strategy with emphasis on long term thinking and planning Consider implications beyond unique account and thinks holistically about the industry and Amazon's partnership with our customers' businesses
