We are looking for a strong BD leader whose will scale the of legacy workloads to AWS and accelerate the benefits realization for our clients. This leader will: Have experience of building and leading high performance BDMs at an EMEA or regional level Shape and lead the BDM efforts across the regions of UKIR, Benelux, Nordics, EEM and Israel) directly managing the team of Business Development Managers in these territories Build effective GTM plans, working backwards from the deployed and stretch targets accepted by the regions under management Recruit, train, mentor, coach and manage a team of BDMs who will support delivery of these targets across assigned regions Build and implement effective engagement models and effective mechanisms, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders from Sales Management, Solution Architects, Cloud Economics, ProServe Finance, Legal, Sales operations and other teams Work with the WW program to ensure global programs are aligned and serve the needs of clients in assigned territories, escalating effectively to drive the best outcomes for our clients Review, approve and manage the approvals and issuance process of Migration contracts in assigned territories Be part of the regions leadership team and support the governance of program delivery, closely monitoring results, detailed reporting/analysis of the program progress and providing corrective actions where necessary Shape and deliver GTM plans, events with support from regions, WW programs and Marketing teams to drive Pipeline build Create communities of customers and partners who have successfully migrated to AWS and share this knowledge with AWS, new clients and prospects, drawing upon other regional and global communities where needed Build an ecosystem of partners and ISVs, actively collaborating and building a strong pipeline and sales Create and deliver Sales Enablement programs and ensure that Region field sales understands the processes and support offered by AWS to our clients in of workloads
