Who we are: The Health4Work Service at Hampshire Hospitals comprises of a team of Health4Work Case Managers, Screening Nurses, Occupational Health Consultant, Manual Handling and Ergonomics Advisors, Wellbeing Lead and administration support. These together provide a comprehensive Employee Health and Wellbeing Service. With our core Occupational Health Service in addition to our Zest4Life Wellbeing Programme and Health Ergonomics Service, we play a vital role in supporting the staff at Hampshire Hospitals. As such we are happy to consider applications with flexible working patterns that cater to individual requirements; this can be discussed at interview Location: Winchester and Basingstoke (with occasional travel to Andover as required) Role Description: To contribute to the provision of a high quality, evidence based occupational health service to the Trust client base of approximately 6000 personnel based across 3 sites along with other external clients that health4Work may engage in. The Health4Work Service has its base at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital however we deliver services onsite at all of our hospitals which include Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital and Andover Memorial Hospital. You will therefore also need to work flexibly to run clinics from all three locations. As a band 5 nurse, you are required to be on the NMC register with at least 2 years post registration experience. Experience in health screening, immunisation and venepuncture is desirable as there are weekly clinics requiring these skills.
