We need a Communications and Engagement Officer to make our vision a reality. What does a Communications and Engagement Officer do? The Communications and Engagement Officer is a brand new role within the communications team. A key element of this role will be to ensure that Theras communications have purpose, create impact and promote the organisations vision - that people with a learning disability can be leaders in society. As an experienced communicator with strong relationship building skills and an eye for detail, you will work closely with people at all levels of the organisation to communicate and engage effectively with a wide range of groups including staff, people with a learning disability and their families. Your role will also encompass events and public relations, helping to raise awareness of Thera and the work it does to a range of stakeholders.
