Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner | Theatres | Band 6 Equivalent | Sutton Coldfield | Flexible hours, Training & Development Spire Little Aston has an exciting opportunity for an Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our forward thinking dynamic team. Spire Little Aston Hospital is a leading private hospital in the Midlands, offering comprehensive hospital care to patients from Birmingham and the surrounding areas of the West Midlands and Staffordshire. The hospital has an exceptional reputation within a variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Sports & Exercise Medicine, Cosmetics, Ophthalmic, Gynaecology, General Surgery & Physiotherapy. Duties and responsibilities You will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex caseload and assist in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs. You will be responsible for patient care, setting up for cases and assisting in the day to day running of theatres. As an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse, you will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements. To make justifiable patient assessments you will collate and organise data so you are able to interpret the information to your colleagues.
