Junior Power BI Developer - Yeovil - 25-30k A fantastic organisation with offices in the Yeovil area are currently looking to recruit a Junior Power BI Developer to join their expanding Data Insights team. The Role As a Junior Power BI Developer your role will be varied and exciting. You will be involved in creating reports and dashboards for both internal and client use and be expected to work directly with stakeholders and clients alike. Your responsibilities will include: * Provide support to the Senior Power BI Developer on producing reports and dashboards. * Develop your skills working with Power BI, DAX, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. * Maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure that they are accurate and fit for purpose. * Work with stakeholders and clients to effectively gather requirements. * Assist in promoting the benefits of Power BI company wide. * Understand the key sources of data which are currently being used and identity new data sources which could be used. * Collaborate with the wider team to turn data into actionable insight for the business. * Undertake other ad-hoc duties as directed by your manager and the Senior Power BI Developer. You To be a good fit for this role you should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn. You should also have the following technical skills: * Basic commercial experience with Power BI * Strong experience with SQL Server plus T-SQL * Experience with SSIS and SSRS * Strong experience with MS Excel If you think that you would be a good fit for this role then apply today!
