And we're looking for a standout Audit Manager and an ambitious Senior Audit Manager to be part of our growth in this exciting sector. The team is led by Steve Leith, who joined Cooper Parry this year from Grant Thornton's Fast Growth team to drive our strategy in this space. We're killing it.... You will be an energetic, talented and determined individual experienced in the field of audit with either direct experience in the technology sector in a previous firm, or with a strong desire to specialise in the technology space and work with startups and scale-ups to support their growth journey. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with previous experience of working at a managerial level within an Audit team. You must have demonstrable experience of managing a portfolio of clients and be committed to providing exceptional client service whilst building excellent relationships. You will be passionate about supporting businesses on their own growth journey in the tech and high growth sector and will be well versed at conversations that go beyond audit. Business development is a core part of the role of each member in the team - working together to develop the firm's presence in the market. As the ideal candidate you must have experience in: * Managing a portfolio of clients - ideally with technology sector experience * Building strong, effective client relationships * Managing Audit and Accounts assignments including managing working capital, billing and debtors * Building and coaching high performance teams * It is essential that you are ACA/ACCA qualified with recent practice experience * Business development activities including pitching, development of materials and collateral, and networking and connecting with contacts in the technology space.
