Job Description
This service is currently available to customers throughout the Crediton & surrounding area. A Care and Support Worker - My Willows is our most essential role and involves: * Helping our customers to remain in their own homes. * Guaranteed hours with set shift patterns on a two week rolling rota so you can plan around your home life * Providing companionship and making someone's day that little bit easier. * Understanding the care plan in place to support the customers we look after. * Keeping clear and accurate records of the care and support provided at each visit. What we need from you: * A caring, kind and empathetic approach. * To be passionate about making a difference. * Good communication skills. * To work flexibly on set shifts including weekends. * To be a car driver ( essential). No experience is necessary as you will be given full training and support right from the outset.
