Job Description

1. Recruitment We currently recruit staff through multiple platforms (Facebook / Indeed / Referrals etc), and we do this seasonally if and when we need them. We need to consider the following processes: Post a job advert on one master platform that then goes out to other job boards like Indeed/caterer etc. Also be usefyul to then have this job available on our website so that it works hand in hand. All applicants who click the link to apply will then be bought to one portal to fill in their details / upload CVs etc will then appear in the ATS as applied Tracking their process through the recruitment process, ie. Applied / contacted / interview booked / active user etc We need the ability for those who we move into interview stage to be able to asked to schedule into a interview themselves in timeslots that we say we are free. Both individual interviews and also group interviews. Once we have selected those who we want to hire this then jumps into onboarding. We need to be able to send emails from the system to link to gmail for those who have not made it or who have. And use templates to be able to send to them with rejection emails etc. 2. Onboarding Although we currently have a method of getting those staff who have passed through the recruitment process onto the system, I think there is more here to consider. So below are the points to consider here.. Offer letters / contracts esigned and staying in system. Onboarding onto app / filling in details.
