Event Technical Lead Location: Staines (Centrica) (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) Salary: Competitive Hours: 37.5 COVID-19 Notice: We are continuing recruitment and have implemented new processes that promote candidate and employee safety. Our network operations teams ensure our customers remain connected to their Vodafone services 24/7, constantly monitoring and enhancing network performance. Be part of Vodafone UK Technology Operations, the team that uses the latest technology and analytics to continually improve customer experience. What will you be doing? You will be providing 24 by 7 support, looking for events in the network before they happen acting as the point of escalation for real-time issues, lapse-time investigations and assume the lead during Major Incidents. You will also work closely with Vodafone and Customer Technical teams to represent the customer's interests internally. Who are we looking for? * Experience managing Major Incidents & Projects. * Knowledge and experience of ITIL best practices * Strong knowledge of multi technology systems. * Broad understanding of other technologies * Any customer experience working with Centrica What's in it for you?
