Join the fastest growing perioperative team in the North East region! Are you an enthusiastic team player looking for a new challenge in an exciting environment? Do you have Ophthalmological Surgical Nursing or Perioperative practitioner experience? Have you considered a perioperative career pathway? The ARI Theatre Group consists of 26 operating rooms across 3 sites covering all surgical specialisms. Our perioperative practitioner workforce is changing and growing at a fast pace. You will have access to our new Theatre Academy where you will receive education and academic support from highly experienced perioperative educators. Our dynamic and highly experienced clinical perioperative team are seeking self-motivated individuals to join us. We have full time (37.5 hours) vacancies available within our Ophthalmology Operating Theatre. Part time hours will be considered. You should be a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner who possesses excellent communication skills and can deliver high quality care within a high pressure environment. Previous theatre experience would be advantageous in scrub and/or anaesthetic assistant roles. Nurses with Surgical Ophthalmological experience will also be considered. Mentorship will be provided so you can be your best. To join our team you should be flexible to meet the needs of our patients and the department. We are the first Major Trauma Centre in Scotland and therefore you will be required to participate in an on-call rota. Is 2020 the year to enhance your perioperative career?
