Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Supervisor at Royal Cornhill Hospital. The role focuses on the day to day management of an established team of domestic assistants. Applicants must be able to complete all tasks required and be able to work closely with others and provide a high level of work. The successful applicant would be expected to have experience and a strong understanding of the supervision of staff. This would include effective handling of difficult situations, monitoring performance, rota planning, absence management and positively engaging with all grades of staff in order to maximise the department's effectiveness. Hours of work is 32.5 hours per week on a rota basis, weekends included.
