We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our wonderful team of CAREGivers. Our CAREGivers help to enrich the lives of our lovely clients by assisting them to live safely and happily in their own homes for as long as possible. We provide an in-depth induction programme to fully equip our CAREGivers with the right skills and knowledge and ongoing training to support with career development. The service Home Instead provides is individually tailored to each client. Companionship is at the forefront of what we do, whether it be a cup of tea and a chat, or a trip out to the Garden Centre or local animal sanctuary. We believe in building strong relationships to help battle the loneliness that people of all ages might currently be facing. Clients at times will need a little more help with things like personal care or remembering to take their medication. Others may just require some assistance with light housework or healthy meal preparation from a friendly face that they can trust. Qualifications None required- just a warm heart and caring nature! Reliable means of transport required as you will need to travel between clients homes.
