Practice and Developmental Lead

Maternity cover - 12 months Do you have a strong desire to lead the NICU education team? We are currently looking to recruit a Practice Development and Educational Lead for maternity cover. You will need to be an experienced critical care nurse with a teaching qualification and a PG Cert in critical care. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about staff development and education, have excellent communication skills and be currently practising as a clinical educator in a critical care environment. You will be managing a team of clinical practice educators, working closely with the Band 7 management team and the Divisional Lead for Practice Development and Education. In return the successful candidate can look forward to working in a professional environment with a team who are passionate about delivering outstanding education and support to nurses caring for patients and their families.
