Job Description We are recruiting a professional recruiter with proven experience in the financial services industry to join our in house recruitment team. Aligned to one of our key clients, you will be responsible for the welfare of the relationship as well as the day to day recruitment, retention, growth & development of the account. Supporting the Account Director, you will be based on client site and take responsibility for a defined area within the Investment Management industry, proactively promoting our client's employer brand out to the marketplace to attract the very best-fit talent required in the quickest time and at the lowest possible cost by utilising the full spectrum of routes to market. Qualifications To be successful for this rare and exciting opportunity, you will be a strong recruiter within the financial services industry and will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to provide a consultative and honest service to our client. You will have a track record of building and developing relationships with key stakeholders within both HR and operations, using research, knowledge and influence to deliver solutions for the client's resourcing challenges.
