Everyone, from other CAREGivers to the office staff are a great support" Sarah - CAREGiver Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring, Chesham and surrounding areas, as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. If you have a minimum of 12 hours per week to spare which includes two evening and the ability to work every other weekend contact Rosie & Carol on 01442 233599 for an informal chat over a tea or coffee. All call times are a minimum of 1 hour - No rushing! Pay rates - 9.60 - 10.40 per hour Due to the nature of the work, you will need to have your own independent means of transport as you will, on occasion, support seniors to attend health appointments and access their local community. We provide companionship lead care which includes providing personal care, such as, washing, bathing, dressing and in some cases continence care. No experience is needed as full training is provided as well as all of the support you will need to become an exceptional CAREGiver. Qualifications No experience is required - as 4 days of training is provided.
