Job Description Availability hours available - These hours are available Monday-Friday (Availability must include alternate weekends.) Pick hours that suit you and your existing commitments, have a job that can fit around you. 8am-10.30am 8am-1pm 8am-2pm 12pm-2pm 6pm-9pm 8pm-9pm * PERSONAL CARE - HOME HELP - COMPANIONSHIP * Flexible - Part-time hours * Our pay rates range from 9.60-10.40 - plus mileage * No previous experience is required - just the right attitude! * Minimum 1 hour visits - so no rushing! * Local work around Berkhamsted area * You'll visit regular clients building strong relationships * We introduce you to new clients to make sure you feel confident and comfortable * An experienced office team will always be on-hand to provide guidance & support We focus on your development with full training and our mentor team support all new employees through completion of the Care Certificate. Responsibilities of a CAREGiver: * Support our local clients - ensuring they continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible * Ensure that the environment in which they live is safe and clean * Provide companionship based care and support * Provide ongoing, continuity of care Qualifications No qualifications or experience is required all full training is provided - All new CAREGiver's must undergo 4 days of New CAREGiver Assessment training, which is held at our offices in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. All you'll need is a big heart, the right attitude and a passion to care and to keep our elderly clients living within their own homes.
