Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Power BI developer to join a reputable, well-known health & beauty company in their Leatherhead Head Office, on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will be very proactive, and real-self starter who is able to effectively manage their own workload, as you will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week. The primary focus of your role will be leading the development of Power BI dashboards for company-wide business use. You will be working closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are being met, and that your dashboards are able to answer critical business questions and inform business decision making. You will work with existing data models and SQL databases, and will be responsible for building views and tables in SQL Server Management Studio. As such, the technologies you will focus on are Power BI, DAX, and SQL Server. In a more general sense, you will ensure that business users adhere to technical best practices, and provide unofficial mentorship and feedback.
