Position : Voice Support Engineer Location :Birmingham,UK Job Type : Contract Job Description: * Looking for high quality Voice support engineers with extensive experience in IPC UNIGY platform. * Expansion of critical voice platform onto IPC UNIGY , voice recording support is being centralized and requires resources to support these platforms being introduced. * Need trained and experienced support engineers in the target platforms they'll be supporting. * Experienced (and where possible certification) on the NICE NTR Voice Recording platform and/or IPC Unigy trading platforms to effortlessly deliver our BAU operations.
