Description Streetbees is building the world's first global intelligence platform about human behaviour. We connect brands with real people across the world to gather real-time, in-the-moment information at scale, and we use machine learning technology to reveal the key emotional triggers and emerging trends that lie within those data-sets. That allows us to show the world's largest consumer companies what their customers really think, how they behave, and what they might do next. Our many clients include Unilever, PepsiCo, L'Oreal, McKinsey, Deloitte, Nestle, Deliveroo, Uber and the BBC. We're looking for an ambitious person to join our rapidly growing business as a Product Marketing Lead. This is a crucial hire for the business, best suited to a B2B marketing thought leader who will create and own the collateral and marketing material for our B2B audience. This individual will define and drive our products offering forward, ensuring continued client success. * Support business growth by articulating the value proposition for new products * Liaise with Product and Sales teams to identify and communicate the competitive advantage of what Streetbees offers * Work closely with sales to understand what messaging is resonating with clients and feeding that back in to product content * Develop messaging for the Streetbees website and work with marketing to optimise this for CTAs such as email sign up or download of case studies * Review and update marketing collateral for existing products and produce new collateral that captures the strengths of our unique products * Attending client meetings to discuss feedback and potential improvements * Create effective case studies that tell the Streetbees story through customer successes * Commercially minded, with the ability to articulate how a client's investment in Streetbees' research will lead to clear ROI In summary - transform how Streetbees talks about itself and its products to the outside world so current and potential clients fully appreciate the difference our solutions can make! Requirements The type of person we are looking for... * Experience producing client collateral for a B2B audience * Experience working very closely with a B2B tech sales team to create content to help drive revenue * Creative writer and thinker - with impressive examples of your work and its effectiveness * Analytical rigour, outstanding attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills * Strong communication with the ability to influence and inspire others * A natural problem solver and trusted advisor to clients, never shy of presenting a point of view to deliver on client objectives * Passion for consumer insight - you have an interest in new technologies and in the power of consumer data and insights as foundations for business growth * Client empathy - You'll be building deep, trusting relationships to create Streetbees champions within the client businesses * Start-up attitude - You're comfortable in a rapidly changing environment where the answer is not always clear, working with limited resources and delivering high-quality work to tight timelines Benefits At Streetbees, your company benefits will include: 1) A 24 day paid holiday allowance with the option to buy or sell three additional days a year if desired 2) Flexible working hours - we trust people to manage their time and to focus on wider results; so if you need to work from home to finish a project or leave at 5 on a Tuesday for Choir practice, ensure your manager knows in advance, but feel free to take it. 3) An external training or conference budget of 500 per year to use for topics agreed with your line manager. 4) A pension scheme - our new pension scheme means that Streetbees will start paying a percentage of your salary towards your pension.
