Job Description Home Instead Cannock are looking to expand our team of CAREGivers to care for clients in the Cannock chase area, we are looking for Care Assistants in Cannock, Hednesford, Burntwood and Great Wyrley We can offer flexible hours to suit your needs (we do have to consider when the clients need us as well!) No experience is necessary as we offer full award winning training followed by one to one support in the community by a senior member of the team. If you want a role that gives you job satisfaction every day - working for Home Instead caring for our lovely clients will definitely give you that. Our minimum call duration is 45 minutes with most calls being 1 hour plus, this gives us the time to spend with our clients and really get to know them. Continuity is essential, this is where the benefit is found for both clients and CAREgivers, you really see the changes and improvements your are bringing to your clients lives. We have a client that requires 2 visits per week that are 4 hours each and the possibility of extra hours Qualifications No previous experience necessary, you just need to be kind, caring and want to improve the lives of seniors - we will support you with full award winning training and one to one support from a senior member of the time when you are working in the community. You must be able to obtain a clear DBS check which we apply for on your behalf and have a full UK licence and reliable vehicle.
