Job Description
We're on the lookout for an experienced Valuer for a highly successful, independent Estate Agent with offices positioned across Lincolnshire. The perfect Valuer will have strong market knowledge, keeping a keen eye on competitor activity. Our client has started searching for their next Residential Sales / Lettings Valuer in readiness of a growing sales team. This is a pivotal role in a busy office, with a great opportunity for long term career progression. You must demonstrate a record of achieving consistent results, working within a team and on your own initiative. As a Valuer, your main responsibilities will include: * Generating instructions by way of outbound cold / warm calling * Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings * Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers * Conducting market appraisals * Taking photographs & measurements What w're looking for: * Previous estate agency experience * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Drive and determination with a desire to succeed * Strong team player but with the ability to work alone * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Financially driven This is a rare opportunity to join a very successful and ambitious company.
