We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Oncology Team! Elizabeth Loury Ward looks after patients aged 18 and upward with all types of cancer. We work as a multi-disciplinary team involving nurses, doctors, social workers, rehabilitation staff, cancer nurse specialists and Macmillan nurses for our patients care. We need a hard working Band 5 qualified nurse who wants to make a difference to the patients by providing high quality care in the Oncology Unit here at Southend Hospital. You will be a motivated team orientated professional with a passion for delivering good nursing care in an ever changing environment. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a high sense of professionalism and a strong belief in the value of teamwork. You will work alongside Consultants and Speciality Doctors, extending and developing your clinical experience. You will also have the chance to progress your career thanks to the training and development services offered through a variety of in-house training courses (classroom based and e-learning) available to all staff within the Trust.
