Stock control Manager Retail and Online TechHouse was founded in 2015 by serial entrepreneur Clive Bayley, as a tech accessory and repair business, based in four locations around the Greater London area. Fast forward to 2019 and we are now an award winning, highly regarded repair service and the go to place for Smart Home and tech gadgets. Techhouse is expanding their retail and online presence and are currently looking for a Stock Control Manager. Stock control Manager required for a key role in achieving high standards by ensuring the smooth running of the stock around the stores/ online stock and PO's lasing with suppliers. Responsibilities include: * Processing stock-related duties accurately. * Placing Po's with suppliers * Accepting incoming deliveries onto the system * Organizing stock in the stockroom and using initiative to improve ways of managing stock. * Customer order processing and quality control, with attention to the fine details. * Customer support relating to the website or general order enquiries. This will also involve speaking to customers directly over the telephone with a professional manner. * Maintaining an exceptional customer experience by ensuring orders are despatched on time. * Managing omnichannel orders and messages * Feedback management, responding to service reviews (positive and negative) publicly, Passing the information onto the correct department. * Processing customer returns and refunds * Processing supplier purchase orders * Regular stock stakes and supplying regular reports such as sell through and consumption rates * Product data management and entry * Ensuring materials are well-stocked at all times * Preparing manifests for consignment collections * Ensuring the stock room is kept tidy and well organized at all times About you: * You will work well on your own initiative, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace. * Able to schedule and prioritize to ensure maximum productivity * Dedication to a quality service leading to repeat customers and positive word of mouth.
