Unlike any other care organisation in the UK, we provide free community education programs in Dementia and Senior Fraud, have published our own book on Dementia care, have our own UK charity to 'bring Joy' to older adults, created a bespoke training academy for staff, created our own care staff induction training and ongoing City & Guild Dementia training. Job Description Home Instead Senior Care in Watford are looking for amazing people who want to make a difference within their local community. As a CAREGiver you will support your clients in varying aspects of their life, encouraging them to take control of their care needs and live a fulfilling life. With minimum one hour care visits, regular and consistent clients as close to your postcode as possible and being specifically matched to your clients we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care, allowing our clients to remain within their own home for as long as possible. You will be supported to provide; medication administration, companionship, personal care including washing, dressing and toileting and be an ambassador for Home instead, treating all clients as if they were your family members. If you drive and have access to your own vehicle, we would love to hear from you! - 9.65 per hour weekdays, 10.65 per hour weekends -Enhanced pay rates for Bank holidays -No experience required as full training is provided. -Pension scheme - Employee benefits scheme and support line -Caregiver events Areas covered: Watford, Bushey, South Oxhey, Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, Northwood, Pinner, Stanmore and Hatch End.
