Job Description
Stratton Mills are an employment agency who provide Care Staff around the UK. We have a great opportunity for Registered Nurses. Successful candidates will be offered full time shifts on a permanent basis. Hours: Full-time (38.5 hours/week, nights + overtime) Duties for the Registered Nurse Role: To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person-centred approach. To observe and promote the Service Users choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights. To create and maintain good professional relationships with Service Users, their Family and Friends. To actively support other Nurses. To adhere to all regulatory/statutory obligations, policies, procedures and guidelines. To actively market Stratton Mills and promote a positive, personal and professional profile. Working with other professionals to provide individual care and development plan. Complete a care plan and ensure it is followed/up-to-date. Complete nursing notes accurately. Assist in the safe ordering, storing and administration of medication. Ideal Registered Nurse Candidate: Proven experience of working in a care setting. Active NMC Pin. Ensure that you comply with the N.M.C code of conduct. Well-developed time management and leadership skills. Understands and adheres to policies/regulations. Benefits: Welcome Bonus scheme.
