About All Response Media Limited * All Response Media - #1 Direct Response agency in the EU * We billed over 260m in 2018 * 140 employees over 4 offices (London, Leeds, Amsterdam & Paris) * All the excitement and security of a large-sized agency but the flexibility and learning gained from a small/medium sized group What makes us different * Huge levels of accountability within role, you are an entrepreneur at All Response Media and a business partner to clients * Excellent progression opportunities * You will gain a wide range of skills from working with us, developing and progressing your career Role and Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and driven Media Account Manager to join our Offline team in London. * Coordination of long-term client strategies in conjunction with Line Managers, media owners and technology suppliers * Build campaigns across several offline platforms, including tv campaigns * Negotiating media plans with media owners, ensuring ARM and our clients get the best deal * Make decisions in relation to media related issues * Assist in the management of teams workload, ensuring administration is progressed by other levels effectively * Identify potential challenges and proactively look to minimise/avoid such challenges * Lead internal meetings and group presentations * Maintain strong relationships with contractors, media owners and publishers * Deputise for Account Director where appropriate * Contribute in client/media owner meetings and lead meetings more often * Initiate basic training of team and individuals * Keep abreast with media industry news and developments online and via Trade Press * Involvement in new business development/pitches/presentations * People Management of Media Execs, Senior Media Execs and Media Planner & Buyers * Use Our proprietary technology stack, ARMalytics to analyse and optimise campaigns Requirements * 4 years experience in Offline Planning and Buying, including TV * Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels and must have experience with TV planning and buying. * Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts * Team management, developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery * A self-starter who is passionate about all things media * Someone who wants to take ownership of the role and drive results * An ambitious and driven individual who isnt afraid of a challenge * Knowledge of TV trading and Investment * Experience with using TGI / YouGov Profiles * Bachelors in media studies or equivalent preferred Benefits Whats on offer; * Competitive salary based on experience Opening & Closing Date: from 02.06.2020 to 01.07.2020 Please apply with your cv and a covering letter, stating why you would be perfect for this role by 01.07.2020.
