Job Description

Main Purpose of Job To build on expertise in service delivery and best practice, the role is to deliver exceptional training support to healthcare staff throughout the country and internal staff in the use of the Open Evolution clinical system and associated programs. Key Tasks 1.To liaise with Practices, Health boards and CCG's, to identify training needs 2. Organising, planning and booking training sessions following the company process 3. Updating company training documentation 4. To take training support calls from the Service Desk, ensuring the call is logged & updated accordingly with a satisfactory response to the customer 5. Writing clinical templates in line with customer requirements ready for deployment 6. To promote the Company and its' products and to maintain a knowledge of current and future developments with the Company Knowledge & Skills 1.The post holder should have a good general education preferably to GCSE level, particularly in Maths and English. 2.A medical background, preferably within General Practice 3.Previous use an IT Clinical System used in a healthcare setting, would be desirable but is not essential. 4.Need to be a team player 5.Have some general computing qualifications 6.Have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being methodical and have the ability to follow Company procedures.
