Job Description Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Do you want to make a real difference to someone's life? Qualifications Previous care experience is not essential as we provide our award-winning training before you start. However, we do look for people with the following: * Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with our clients * Bags of compassion, and a passion for supporting others * Basic cooking skills * Genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring, mission led organisation, who pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service A full UK driving licence is important as the role involves travel to some of the villages througout Renfrewshire.
