As part of our continued success our team is growing and we are therefore looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants and Trainee Recruitment Consultants to come on board at this exciting time. We are an award winning, successful and vibrant recruitment firm with big plans for the future and a growing portfolio of national and regional clients and global brands. We would like to talk to ambitious sales professionals and recruitment consultants looking for a new challenge, looking for high earning potential and looking for an opportunity where you can grow your own team. You will be selling our full service recruitment to prospective clients across the East Midlands, delivering our high quality service and building lasting relationships with businesses across the Region. Our ex forces recruitment business works across all of the UK engaging clients with our Armed Forces Community , something all of our recruitment consultants enjoy working on and getting involved with. As a recruitment consultant you will be an energetic achiever, you will have a strong team ethic with a proven track record of business development and delivery. If you can deliver consistent revenue and activity performance whilst being trusted to act autonomously then we can offer an excellent career path and long term prospects. Our commission scheme is highly competitive which is personal monthly target, team rewards and quarterly and yearly bonuses and we finish early on a Friday!
