Job Description We offer flexible and rewarding part time work in the South Buckinghamshire area. You'll have regular hours and visit the same clients at set times that you agree to. We visit our clients in their own homes assisting with their daily routine and maintaining their independence for as long as possible. We arrange for introductions to each new client prior to you visiting them on your own. This way you can learn the routine and familiarise yourself around the home. All our visits are for a minimum of one hour, meaning there is always time for a chat over a cup of tea. If you're reliable, caring and compassionate then you could be the perfect CAREGiver to visit with our clients. So whether it's to work with Home Instead around family / studying / other work commitments; filling the gap left by children that have flown the nest; or to 'unretire' yourself - if this sounds like the role for you then get in touch now! Qualifications As a caring and compassionate person you already have the most important qualifications, we train you for everything else you will need to be fully ready for your new role. It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Additional Information As a CAREGiver, you will * Receive industry leading training and excellent support * Competitive rates of pay ( 10.25ph - 12.00ph , double pay on bank holidays) * Travel allowance ( 30p - 45p per mile ) * A guaranteed hours' contract if you have the right availability * Holiday pay * Referral fee * Pension scheme * Minimum 1-hour visits (no 15 minute or half hour calls) * Visit the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build up a meaningful relationship * In-house Learning and Development programme * Fully supported on-going training also working to achieve the Care Certificate * Opportunity for City & Guilds accredited Alzheimer's training You will be working with a friendly and supportive team and there will be an opportunity to make a real difference in the area where you live.
