Established in 1987, ICTS specialises in the provision of integrated security and customer services within the most demanding environments. Applying our unique concept, ICTS works with a wide variety of organisation types including major public attractions, leisure, financial, retail, public sector, transport and government bodies. We are currently recruiting for Security Manager to work on our prestigious contract in the Dunfirmline area. Working along side the worlds leading online retailer, based at their fulfilment sites in the Dunfirmline area, this is a fast paced environment & would suit experienced individuals who are seeking a role that differs from normal security positions. You will be Managing a small team of up to 60 people so will require previous managment experience in a similar sized team. Taking responsibility for monitoring KPI's the Security Manager will foccus on optimum delivery of the service via a trained and engaged security team and will work closely with our customer's on site leadership team, therefore you will need to be reliable and flexible. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Management of the security team including dynamic rota, personal development and team engagement 2. Supporting the Area manager to drive productivity to maximise performance whilst ensuring standards and protocol are adhered to 3. Instilling a culture of continuous improvement 4. Front line Client / customer relationship management - represent ICTS to its stakeholders to meet the client's and ICTS service expectations 5. Operational management - Monitoring use of financial resources; and support processing of end of month financial activity and reporting 6. Monitor and drive professional standards on site, to include ISO QM, BCMS, and Environmental. Responsible for SR2 Audit preparation 7. Support management of all aspects of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to: o Recruitment, CRC and vetting o Absence Management o Investigation, Disciplinary and Grievances o Staff appraisals o Staff development o Training Files o Performance Management 15. To comply with Company Policies and Procedures and site-specific procedures. 16. To undertake other related duties as commensurate with the business needs and that of the site. Essential Criteria Able to provide a full ten year history for vetting purposes Good organisational & reporting skills Excellent communication skills Substantial previous line management experience A Flexible & can do attitude SIA Licenced CCTV Investigation & Reporting Desirable Criteria Previous experience in a similar fast paced role in 24 hr security would be an advantage.
