Roles and Responsibilities The role will support the ongoing optimization and refinement of the Treasury Management System by leading configuration and process design supporting middle-office and finance functions * Accountability for TMS ecosystem Prod, stage (QA/UAT) and development environments * Accountable to provide audit functions what they require to assess the TMS ecosystem * Understanding of product provider patching and maintenance practices, driving maturity where needed * Be familiar with how products within the TMS ecosystem work at all layers (Database, web, container, OS, middleware, network, connectivity) * Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and technology standards set by Baker Hughes, change control standards and release management (includes freeze adherence) Required Qualifications * University educated (bachelors) or equivalent experience; preferred degrees/domains: computer and information sciences, finance, accounting, mathematics or equivalent experience * Proven experience within Treasury Middle Office - Hedge Accounting, Accounting for financial transactions, Deal Confirmations, Risk Management and Reporting * Functional experience working with Treasury Management Systems * Familiar with FIS Quantum, FIS Intellimatch, SAP and other related Reporting and Analytics tools * Project management experience Desired Characteristics * Knowledge of enterprise payment and matching systems (e.g. FIS Trax and Intellimatch) is a plus * Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial * Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment * Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards * Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) * Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements * Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization * Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams Location: London, England Budapest, Hungary Florence, Italy Baker Hughes Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
