Overview
Job Description
The post holder will be accountable to the chief pharmacist of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT and responsible to the senior prison pharmacist. They will support the provision of a safe and efficient pharmacy service to the prison and the development of pharmacy services in line with the strategic direction agreed by the Trust and prison care group. They will support close working with the mental health clinical pharmacy service and the development of an integrated service. The post holder will mainly be based in the pharmacy at HMP Wymott, however this post will require some cross working into HMP Garth (Based next to Wymott). This is mainly a Monday to Friday position, however there may be some requirements for weekend and bank holiday support.
