Due to recent changes and growth within the Company, our leading distribution client is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their Cheshire office. Working within a fast-paced and busy environment, you'll be part of a small and diverse team across the administration function Job Description: Your role as a Purchasing Administrator will see you dealing directly with suppliers to source prices, arrange samples and handle queries. creating purchasing orders, processing sales orders and supporting with invoicing and customer queries. You'll assist with * Supplier queries, over the phone and email * Supporting with processing purchase orders * Supporting with transport arrangements * Arranging the freight and delivery of goods imported / exported Candidate Requirements : The role of Purchasing Administrator would best suit an experienced administrator who has worked with suppliers and purchasing. You'll be a team player, will enjoy the challenge of a varied role and will possess the ability to contribute to the success of the business. You will... * Be a confident and organised individual with excellent communication, language and grammar skills * Have knowledge of export documentation would be advantageous * Be experienced with handling pressure in a demanding and fast paced industry * Be comfortable demonstrating a good working knowledge of Sage * Have motivation to work alone as well as part of a team * Have an excellent attention to detail Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am till 5:00pm Salary: 16,500 to 19,000 Dependent on Experience Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
